Stylish 2BR Luxury Retreat with 65" Smart TV

The layout of the accommodation was great, as was the location. The facilities were good...we had everything we needed.

We felt that the accommodation is definitely in need of some maintenance and updating.

So comfortable! Absolutely loved that it is duplex, high sealing and large windows in the living room. Stylish, spacious, feels like home, large TV and very soft bed!

Kitchen units need some TLC 😊 Neighbours were quite active throughout the night, constantly running up the main straits and slamming the door outside the flat.. can hear people well..

Comfy beds nice living areas. Kitchen and bathrooms a bit tired but would stay again.

Kelly, the cleaning manager was friendly and helpful in getting linen for the sofa beds and supplying us with more towels and dish cloths. The double beds were comfortable and rooms had good ventilation.

Entry to property was dirty and unkempt. Dirty linen in a corner. Downstairs area not really ventilated.

Décor and room sizes as in photos. Jordan was a great host, communication was really good and left sweets for the kids!

Location (sat nav takes you to a new pub rather than actual location which is further down...the place from the outside looks like a blue office front) Intermittent WiFi Carpets needed a good clean

Central location in walking distance to everything, plenty of yummy restaurants nearby, plus enough space for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. Family warned us that we were in the dodgy part of town, but we had no problems. Property manager excellent and very responsive.

Could do with a dehumidifier and some airflow, especially in hot weather. Very muggy and uncomfortable not being able to open a window. Quite a bit of damp/mould in the bathrooms and downstairs area, but suspect that just comes with the location close to the Thames. Would benefit from providing hand towels for bathrooms, drying rack for clothes plus fixing the clothes racks in the bedrooms so you could actually hang things on them.
