Great location. Great communication with host. Apartment is adorable. Everything is clean and comfortable.

Good equipped apartment in the very center. The wifi is really fast and reliable for remote work, including zoom video calls

The apartment is managed in "automatic" way. All information needed was sent. BUT no answer at all for my request for late check out because of the red alert in the city. I had to leave the apartment while it was flooding outside. I know it's not obligatory for the host to be attentive or polite, but just one answer would be a normal human reaction instead of the silence. I'd like to book the apartment for a longer period next time, but I also look for a good interaction - so I don't recommend it. Very small shower cabine. I'm slim, but it was impossible even to bow a bit.

Easy communication and check-in process. Also it was really close to the historical centre.

Central location, close to the main city atractions and to the railway station.

First and foremost - the apartment had not been properly prepared for a guest's arrival - dirty floor with a lot of dust clumps, clogged shower drain (water standing for a longer while after a shower), dirty kitchen towel, heavily soiled dish sponge that was clearly used and not replaced for many times over etc. The apartment itself was dark and the bathroom was almost unusable - the pictures didn't really show how small this space was. The shower is so cramped that only a petite person/child would be able to enter/exit without injuring themselves. The neighbourhood was very noisy at night (scooters, honking, clamor of metal trash bins) which made for a number of sleepless nights. After having stayed at numeorus other apartments in Sicily, the lack of any sort of welcome pack (not even a bottle of water in the fridge) was a disappointment.

Great apartment, kitchen was well appointed, the living room and bedroom came with a tv. The apartment was renovated and modernized. Great air conditioning and heating through out.

Bathroom shower is a little small and the area can be noisy at night at times.

Very tasteful, cute and fully equipped apartment, central location, nice hosts, supermarket round the corner - good quality for the price!

"living room/eating area" is a bit small - but not really needed if you want to explore the city :) not the fault of the apartment: a bit loud at night/mornings if the window is open

every thing was perfect, so clean with self check-in/out and the owner was available and friendly.
