For starters, we arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Karen and Co. Karen spent time showing us round the cottage and the workings of everything. The property was spotless, warm, easily accessible and had everything we needed as well as being a super base location for day trips on the coast. We also enjoyed our welcome treats! No.4. was perfect for the young and older of our family....the sure sign was solid night sleeps for everyone....no mean feat with 3 under 7 year old and an insomniac!!! Can't wait to stay again.

No complaints at all.

Everything was perfect. Location, the size of the property and the garden was brilliant. Absolutely loved our stay. The house was so clean and has any essentials you need. The owner is so lovely and made us feel very welcome with check in. I can’t wait to book again!

An amazing home away from home. Has everything you need and more. Very local to a lot of tourist spots. The owner was lovely and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

It was a very cosy and well presented house, it was very clean and tidy and came with all the essentials, the owner also gave us a little welcome package of snacks and was very friendly.

"One of the best houses we have ever stayed in. Very spacious house and back garden. Great parking."

Excellent accommodation. House was so well equipped. Everything you could ask for was there. Essentials, such as tea and coffee and milk were all available, together with some extra treats. Host was really friendly and helpful. Lots of information brochures about the local area also available.
