Spacious apartment renovated with great beds and a beautiful kitchen.

The bathrooms were not well equipped.you did not have anywhere to leave your soap and shampoo in the small bathroom.Also there were a lot of ants running around the house and especially the kitchen.

We stayed in this apartment in Gzira over the Easter weekend. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable in terms of size, and the location is fantastic. There is a bus stop right in front of the building with excellent connections to all parts of Malta – very convenient for exploring the island.

However, our experience was negatively affected by several issues. The shower cabin was leaking, and there was a constant feeling of dampness throughout the apartment, which meant our towels never dried properly. When we arrived, we found ants in the kitchen, and to our surprise, there was a hair inside the fridge – which was very off-putting in terms of cleanliness. The water pressure was extremely low, which made even basic tasks like washing hair quite difficult. On Holy Saturday (the day before Easter), we were woken up at 7 AM by loud construction work in the neighboring building. Despite kindly asking the workers to pause for a couple of hours, the drilling continued without any break. Furthermore, although the check-in time listed on Booking was 3 PM, the host informed us via WhatsApp on the day of arrival that check-in would only be possible from 4 PM. This last-minute change made organizing our day more difficult. On the day of our departure, a maintenance worker knocked on our door at 9 AM, one hour before the official check-out time, asking to enter the bathrooms to apply silicone. This was quite intrusive, especially considering we were trying to pack and get ready to leave. Finally, a €245 deposit was charged and only refunded four days after our return, which felt excessive given the overall experience. The apartment does have potential thanks to its space and excellent location, but cleanliness, maintenance, and communication with guests need significant improvement.

It was really big apartment, modern and very comfort. We had all we needed there, it was clean and we used balcony a lot.

The apartment was beautiful and massive, 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The highlight of the apartment was the space and the quality. Ample space for 6 persons. My family was impressed with the size of the apartment. Kitchen had fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction element and microwave. Very good location, close to bus stops and the beach promenade. Highly recommended.
