Maybe a better iron and iron board would help

Easy efficient modern and well placed

Some water in fridge would be nice, perhaps a vemding machine. Getting in is not obvious as the door is not marked and instructions vauge. Its the door next to keys and operated by electronic key. Very loud bathroom fan into room. Cold draft from windows. All minir stuff once you actually get in.

Rooms are cozy, designed with good taste, comfortable, beds are good, bathroom is good, hot water is limited but more than enough. Host are incredible, I didn't like my first room because of the reasons below, and they immediately changed me to another room, with a door outside, and more natural ventilation. Quiet neighborhood, there is a restaurant part of the hotel (didn't try it). Kitchen has the basics to cook your meals. parking is public and always available.

There is NO air conditioning in the rooms (even they offer it), if has a cooling mode but only works as a fan function, there is no cooling unit on it. No windows near the bed, so if its not windy in summer is very hot. My room was beside the main entrance that was VERY noisy (door beeps very loud 15 times each times someone goes in or out) and its a glass steel door that shuts very loudly.

The apartment was well equipped with everything that you could possibly need, very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and responded to the requests very fast. The location of the apartment is convenient as you rake less than 10 minutes to arrive at the station where buses and trains are available. The area is very residential with very little noise around
