Great location! We come for the beach and loved the convenience of the location.

That it was ocean front

Mold in drawers, had to put garbage bags inside before we put our clothes in, urine on toilet and baseboards,.smelled awful in bathroom! sand everywhere, no space, clothes closet was filled with construction supplies, saw dust over everything, it smelled. Bathroom vent, caked with dust, a/c unit was filthy, windows were filthy! Called people to let them know about these issues, and all they did was send someone, and they swept the floor and folded a dish cloth, and placed it on the kitchen sink. We had to literally clean the room ourselves, and we got charged all the extra fees. For what, may I ask? We drove 12 hours to get here and was super excited to be here on the beach, and then we opened the door to our room, and disappointment instantly set in. It was very gloomy, nothing screaming this is a beach condo, a very depressing atmosphere inside. The 7th floor, which is a sundeck, was absolutely disgusting! The smell of urine and garbage was enough to make you wanna vomit, definitely couldn't enjoy that..and yes, we seen the place was under construction, however that should be a part of the description of the place you are staying so that you can make the determination of whether to continue to search for a different place to stay. Especially with the money we and others spend to come on vacation. I'm 55 years old and have been on many vacations and I have never had a bad review until now, if I was the owner of this condo or the entire facility, I'd be embarrassed over the filthy conditions and allowing people to come there knowing what their headed for upon arrival. Needless to say, we wanted to extend our stay, and so we did, in another establishment and wow! What a difference! WILL NEVER BOOK WITH CARAVELLE RESORT AGAIN!. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT 😞

Great location, great view, spacious enough.

Very dirty bathroom, bath tub, molded shower curtain, floor was very sandy everywhere, we had to purchase broom, the same day. Front curtain rings torn.Bed one side was like a rowing boat, mattress not in good shape. Honestly, not what I expected, I did not expect 5 stars.

Studio unit 124 is just beautiful place to stay. You actually feel like at home. Great place for a couples, very good location ( even that is ground floor you still can see and hear ocean ), very good location of Resort, close to everything! Check in/ out is thru massaging so there is no waiting time, very efficient. Very polite stuff at Resort, I can go on and on. Overall, great stay and definitely will be back again!!!

close to beach, great view. Very quiet surroundings and beautiful sunset. Will always stay at this location close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this place to everyone.

the water would only be hot 1 time, the rest it was only warm.
