Close to public transport especially the direct line from the airport. We had a comfortable stay. We especially liked being able to sit out on the balcony. Cooking implements were adequate.

A little bit awkward getting to some of the implements in the kitchen but they have tried to do the best with the space they have.

The location is very central. Room size is good. The apartment looks like the pictures from the website.

The bed was comfortable.

There was a problem with the water heater. There was no hot water the whole time. After reporting it to the owner, he gave me the instructions I had originally written and followed again. He didn't answer a phone call, but wrote the same instructions a third time. 15 minutes before I left, he wrote to me that someone would come to look at the water heater. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER DURING MY ENTIRE STAY! The room smelled of damp.

We stayed in this area of Thessaloniki for the first and last night of our trip, for the first we slept in a beautiful apartment for almost the same price, so we expected a similar level from AniBo studios. But this option was good only in the photo, in reality it looks worse and staying there is dangerous for your health! What was ok: + Autonomous 24 hours check-in (they send you all instructions, everything is simple) + Despite the unpleasant street, this area is quite safe even at night, next to the main street with a bus stop to the airport, there are many cafes and small shops nearby + The room is spacious, some of the furniture is new, there is tea + a kettle and everything you need for washing in the shower and in the kitchen + Despite the curtain in the shower instead of a shower cabin, it was relatively convenient to use

- The worst thing is an unmarked stair in the corridor between room and bathroom, which my wife tripped over and seriously injured her leg - Guests can also get an electric shock, in many places the electrical wiring is not safe: wires stick out, and sockets fall off the wall - The room is smoky, although they try to mask this smell with an air freshener - The microwave oven was very old, the lamp near the bed didn’t work and there is only one nightstand (there is an empty space instead of the second, as if it was stolen), the door in the cramped bathroom hits the sink and can’t be completely open, the drain in the shower didn’t work well and we had to wash ourself standing in dirty water - The apartment seems ok, but if you look closely you can see a bad renovation which left a lot of old things: a rusty towel dryer, dirty ventilation, a hose for draining the washing machine sticks out of the wall (but there is no machine), holes in the walls, and the lighting in the kitchen is only one switch without wires and light - It feels like they don't think about their guests: a terrible shower with a curtain instead of a shower cabin; very thin pillows; in the kitchen there is only a hook without a towel; in the room, despite the presence of fastenings, there are no normal curtains (they also look like they were stolen), only thin tulle, which is not enough for privacy when the windows overlook another house on a narrow street - During our trip to Northern Greece we stayed in three other apartments and there was always water in the fridge, but here there was nothing - Only in this apartment the owner didn't ask for our documents and didn't offer to do self check-in. Seems like they don't register the guests here, very strange! - We didn't expect luxury for the low price, but believe me: for only 5€ more in the same area you can find wonderful apartments without any risk to your health.
