The rooms were nice and felt warm. The quote on the door was adorable!

The check in details were jot clearly explained before arrival and we struggled getting in. The cold didn’t make it any easier. The rooms were not properly cleaned and you could see dust on the floor. One of the rooms had no AC and for winter tourist can be a bit cold.

"Disappointing"

The sheets had not been changed...dirty, hairs and stains... impossible to sleep with. Unbelievable.. The appartment had not been cleaned before we arrive as well.
