Comfortable and clean apartment, great value for money.

There is no TV in the apartment, so had to use a laptop.

Everything in place, as in picture, more than enough for two people

The furniture is good

The host didn’t meet me on time. Had to call them around 6 or 7 times to get in when I arrived even tho I told the arrival time in advance. The room was not prepared to my arrival time (3 pm) The room was cold, there was no tea. Also it’s was quite noisy and I thought someone got into my room a couple of time but it was people leaving other room. Location is okayish if you need to a stay before the flight, there is nothing interesting around the property. Gates doesn’t open properly

Excellent place. Beautiful, modern apartment. With all facilities what you need for your stay. Kitchen, washing machine, fridge. Very clean. The apartment also has a balcony. The hosts are very nice and care about everything to make your stay comfortable. I definitely recommend Kart Apart.

Vast room in quiet district.

Entrance for this appartment is on the first floor and entrance is via steep metal ladder.

Rather good facilities in the kitchen, large balcony.

The owner forgotten that the accommodation is dog friendly and did not want to let my partner and dogs in. Then it was not so dog friendly.

when we first arrived we felt very unwelcome because the hosts didn’t speak english and seemed not to have a room ready for us, they were arguing with each other and it made it quite uncomfortable. Once we actually had a room sorted out for us it was really warm with no AC so we had to open the windows and let a bunch of bees, hornets and mosquitoes in. Needless to say, a very unpleasant night for a group with people who are allergic to bees in it. During the night we were drinking and enjoying ourselves until one of the hosts barges into our room yelling threats about calling the police in russian, due to there being other guests there, which we were left unaware of beforehand, not to mention all this happened without a previous warning or anything. The same host came in our room in the morning to stare at us and left again without saying a word. Hands down the worst night on our trip this far, while also the most expensive.

The apartment is beautiful. Very clean, great bed, shower and kitchenette. Very spacious, it was a nice place to stay for two nights.

The building is work in progress, it is not yet finished.
