Mu Xi Ocean View B&B

The hotel's location is unbeatable with ocean views and gorgeous sunsets. It is next to the ferry dock that takes you to Daqiu Island, a nature reserve and home to a charming herd of Formosan Sika Deer. It is situated conveniently along the bus route, so it's easy to explore other parts of the island if you don’t want to walk or rent a scooter. The breakfast was traditional and very good. They also offered a dinner service of delicious traditional foods, showcasing local flavors. The host provided exceptional hospitality, picking me up from Beigan airport at the start of my stay and ensuring a smooth return to the airport at the end of my stay. Despite the staff's limited English and my lack of Mandarin, everyone was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their warmth and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable.

Excellent stay! When visiting Matsu it is convenient to rent a scooter to get around, I didn't have a license. But the hotel was great in booking a taxi, or finding out bus schedules. The rooms were clean and great views of the ocean. The location is really peaceful, and great for walking around You won't be disappointed.
