Stunning Artful Adobe - Super Walkable Location - Cozy and Comfortable

Location was wonderful. 3 coffee shops within walking distance. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.

An accommodation full of character, with lots of little extra touches including a fantastic choice of teas. The garden area is a lovely sun trap and we enjoyed breakfast outside! Sasha was very helpful and swiftly responsive to messages. We arrived early evening and it was really appreciated to have lights and heating on - thank you. So convenient for walking to all the downtown sites. Really glad we chose to stay here.

The drive is a bit narrow so good to have the offer of road parking permit, thanks. The bathroom situation is a little unusual - shared bathroom with access from both bedrooms.

Place was fab! Beautiful decor and nicely appointed with whatever you'd need. We were just a couple and had plenty of room to spread out and felt at home. Walkable location to restaurants and the rail yard. Host was also fab!

There wasn't anything we didn't like - truly. Great place! We highly recommend staying here. But there are 2 things you should be aware of/considerations... 1) There is a long, narrow driveway to the home (in the back of another home) and there isn't room for you to turnaround. And if you have a large car (like a SUV) it's tight. The host made us aware of this after booking and would have given us a pass to park on the street if it was an issue. It wasn't (experienced, confident drivers) but I can see why this maybe problematic for some. 2) There's one bathroom and it's a jack & jill bathroom, between the 2 bedrooms. The doors to the bathroom don't close tightly (although they are adorable arch doors). If true privacy is necessary or sharing with another couple, it could be awkward.

The property was in a perfect location; walkable to downtown and the property manager (Sasha) is wonderful!

Host provided us with all the necessary coffee items, fresh chicken eggs(a surprise and appreciated) and host was readily available for questions. Kitchen was stocked with cooking needs, and bathroom stocked with toiletries. Suggestions for restaurants and attractions was printed and readily available. We did not need the WiFi as we had cellular. There are two tvs.

Really nothing, it was stocked for our needs and comfortable, but there was not a microwave to quick reheat. However there was an air fryer and combo small conventional oven I think.

Everything! So appreciate the attention to detail, the lovely decor, the cleanliness, the location, the owner’s communication and truly….everything about the house. Sasha was responsive and helpful as well as creating a very comfortable place to stay. We loved being within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, art fair, book stores and so much more. It was a wonderful getaway in a beautiful city.
