Lovina 9-17 at Harbour Bay Residence(Near Ferry)

Overall, this was a good short stay with unbeatable convenience and excellent value for money. The location alone is hard to beat—directly above the Harbour Bay ferry terminal and just steps from the arrival exit. Plenty of food options and amenities nearby, making the stay very convenient. The unit was clean, with strong WiFi, cold new air-conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, and a TV with working Netflix access. The north-facing balcony avoids the morning sun. Complimentary water, snacks, tea, and coffee were also provided, along with a washer/dryer that’s especially useful for longer stays. Amenities were generously prepared for four guests despite the booking being for one person.

Few areas that could be improved & for consideration. Despite small in size, and the heat coming from the aircon condensers, the balcony could benefit from a simple bar stool or chair to better enjoy the view towards Marina Bay Sands. Some minor maintenance issues were noticeable, including wall cracks, uneven vinyl flooring, a loose sink tap, and a difficult-to-use bidet spray with overly strong pressure. The soap holder had come loose & was placed on the sink—the soap/shampoo appeared to be the same, likely hand wash soap. The duvet cover was also shorter than usual and tucked in too tightly, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep with. One thing that would greatly improve the experience is more flexibility for early check-in or late check-out where possible. For light sleepers, note that traffic noise from the road below can be heard, especially from loud modified motorbikes at night. This is outside the property’s control, but worth considering. There also seemed to be a nearby pasar malam event during the stay, which may have contributed to the noise level that evening.

Nothing all was good. But would be better if additional bin bag + detergent provided

The best location. when you arrive tired from the ferry the apartment is at the ferry itself. Had everything you need in a short stay apartment.
