"Great house with good facilities."

Lovely presented house with parking. Great location for town and good facilities.

Bathroom could have been cleaner (grouting in particular). Pillows and mattress toppers were stained. The front bedrooms were noisy from traffic. Milk sticks would be a good addition.

The house is beautiful and really comfortable very well finshed with enough room to sleep 5

Noise from road but nothing can be done about this I would've liked some ear plugs for help sleeping

The house was clean and well maintained

The house was quite cold and although could use thermostat it only turned up to a certain temperature then switched off. Beds were not too comfy

"Absolutely brilliant - look this place up for sure, you will not be disappointed."

Plenty of space to spread out, and felt like home for the amount of time we spent here. Everything you will require for your stay and only a short trip into town. Very clean and tidy.

Unfortunately we had booked another place in Barnsley that we could not cancel. If we could we would have spent more time in this place for sure. Kicking ourselves we did not see it before we booked the other place.

"Superb"

It was smart and clean and looked newly refurbished.

There is no full length mirror and all the other mirrors were hung too high on the walls to be able to do your hair and makeup and with 4 women staying and going out out, this was tricky. A van was parked in our designated parking space for the duration of our stay but we managed to park in the Visitor spaces.

Super place to stay - newly refurbished, clean and relaxing. Convenient, quiet location with parking. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend!

"We enjoyed staying at the property as it was really clean and everything was there that we needed."

The property was easy to fine and william was really helpful. Everything was there what we needed even to cook a family meal. William even told us about restaurant's and pub's in the area.
