The host was quick to respond and to solve any issues we had. Someone parked in our parking space but they resolved the issue quickly. We had no issues afterwards.

The place is a total fraud. It is nothing like the pictures and once we got there Roberto the rude maintenance guy would not aloud us use to the pool unless we payed extra $25 per person. No wonder the pool was empty. RJ sending non stop texts threatening that I broke his rules because and to charge another $25 to my card for a .50¢ lost bracelet that gave access to nothing there. Worst experience ever. This people totally messed up my 4th of July weekend. Any cheap hotel is better than this.
