"The apartment itself was ok, the bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed didn’t pull out and had my friend sleeping on the"

Location

The sofa bed didn’t pull out, no second duvet was provided even though it’s advertised as a 2 bed property, I had to call the owners to request another duvet and also toilet paper as there wasn’t even half a roll left. The apartment was dirty, hair in the sink, dirty shower cubicle, stains on the sides in the kitchen, dusty floor. Also outside of the property was a mattress and a number of bin bags. Looked very scruffy snd not inviting at all.
