L'appartement est mal équipé. Pour 6 personnes, uniquement 6 fourchettes et 5 petites cuillères et 1 mini cuillère et 7 grandes assiettes Manque une couverture légère de la taille du lit

Ruim appartement met de 2 badkamers, 3 slaapkamers en eigen keuken. Met ideale gezellige ligging in sfeervolle woonwijk met veel taverna’s, die vooral ook worden bezocht door buurtgenoten/ stadsgenoten. Vlakbij bezienswaardigheden, deels te belopen, deels via Metro (Metro station Latina op nog geen 100 meter van de voordeur). Geen ‘Costa sfeer’ maar sfeervol verzorgd ‘volks’.
Gebruik van de inductie kookplaat was zeer onduidelijk en moeizaam.

Location was great. Subway station was right out front. It was a quick walk to Plaza Mayor and a 5 min walk to a great selection of tapas restaurants. Property was clean and comfortable.

Great location, close to public transport and walkable to most sights. very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much. MintyStay was very accommodating, we arrived early and the place was occupied the day before. They met us earlier than check in time and we were able to drop our luggages off and go explore.
WIFI was a little hit and miss, we had a hard time reaching it from the bedrooms sometimes. One of the units below was very loud one morning (like 5am), their interior windows were open and you could hear everything even though our windows were closed. But it was only one morning of 6 that we were there.
