A casa di Ivy e Baby

L’ appartamento è ampio, luminoso, impeccabilmente pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è perfetta: fermata del tram 4 a due passi per raggiungere il centro, supermercato sotto casa, bar e farmacia all’angolo. Al mio arrivo ho trovato un graditissimo kit di benvenuto con tutto l’occorrente per la colazione e persino per il pranzo. Un grande valore aggiunto è stato il proprietario: una persona di rara empatia, gentilezza e disponibilità. Ha saputo ascoltare e comprendere le mie esigenze, mostrando una cura e un’attenzione verso l’ospite che non si trovano facilmente. Un’accoglienza rara, fatta di cura, attenzioni e piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Ringrazio di cuore il signor Ivano per la sua immensa cordialità.

La casa è veramente bella e soprattutto molto pulita. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e sempre presente! Consigliamo vivamente la struttura!

The property itself is extremely spacious, its modern and very clean. It was comfortable, with a big sofa bed and a lot of facilities. Ivy had left us some breakfast and drinks, which was a lovely touch. As a host, he was fantastic. Very friendly, and took the time to come and collect us from the airport on arrival which was absolutely top.

Il proprietario è davvero molto gentile e l'alloggio è perfetto! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'accoglienza è stata probabmente la migliore che abbiamo mai ricevuto.

Es war wirklich super sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Man ist schnell in der Stadt mit der Bahn und es war mega von der Ausstattung.

Leider wurde unser Auto aufgebrochen, womit wir sehr großen Ärger hatten. Der Gastgeber Ivy war sehr freundlich und half uns mit der Übersetzung weil die Polizei nur italienisch sprach. Er hat auch die Polizei für uns angerufen. Es gibt zwar kostenlose Parkplätze, ich würde allerdings abraten dort zu parken, es ist nicht sicher. Lieber ein nahe-liegendes bewachtes Parkhaus aufsuchen. Dafür kann Ivy allerdings nichts, das scheint ein typisches Problem bei ausländischen Autos in Italien zu sein.

This is an exceptional property. It's sparkling clean and meticulously maintained. It's pretty big and has two balconies on each side of the building. Kitchen is small but it has absolutely everything for eating and even cooking at home. A big supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a daily market on the next street. There are cafes and tabacchi where you can buy public transportation tickets nearby. It's very easy to reach the center city on a direct bus or a tram. It takes about 25 minutes. Public transportation is very efficient. Ivy is an amazing host. He is very helpful in absolutely everything that you might need and he responds to your questions right away. He is a very pleasant person to communicate with. This is one of the very best properties that we stayed in during many years of travelling all over the world. Thank you very much, Ivy!!!
