Great location. Instructions from host clear and easy to understand.

Cracks in walls, dirty floor, grotty and unkept outer area. The building is literally due for demo works as shown by the billboards outside showing a far more modern construction comeing soon.

I liked how spacious it was, the view was amazing day and evening time

I didn't like that visually it could do with a little spruce up, like the kitchen ceiling was damp where they had a leak prior but have not repainted it. There was cracks in the walls too and tou could hear everything ! People walking upstairs, I didn't like how you can hear neighbours like they're in the next room, with having my kids with me I was abit on edge on what they would hear but luckily they didn't hear anything bad. Because of this tho, when me and my kids were laughing we got a bang on the ceiling for us to be quiet, so it was somewhere you couldnt really be yourself as you had to be very careful about noise levels, even small ones.. we was only sat on the sofa watching something funny on the tv but got told to be quiet ! Speaking of TV, one evening the WiFi stopped working so we couldn't watch any tele as the host told us it couldn't be fixed til the following day when they would send someone out. Inconvenience as the WiFi wasn't great anyway. The beds were quite hard, although fine for short stays but I wouldn't of done much longer as they weren't too comfortable, sofa was hard too. We found ants in the livingroom too, just a couple.. bit dull and dingy from the outside which was disappointing, not even a flower pot present to brighten the place outside, no handle on the main door to get into the building, the building itself was quite run down to be honest. The roughest looking one on the strip unfortunately 😕 Location is quite far from everything like the arcades amd fair, if you want a nice chilled quiet time, it's perfect, however we had to get taxis as it was an hours walk down the beach to get to Bournemouth pier and facilities, there's a quiet pub nearby where we went into one evening and it seems nice and chilled in there but they allow dogs so we didn't stay long.

Completely Unacceptable — Unhygienic, Misleading & Not as Described

I booked the Large Sea View 2 Bedroom Apartment for the 3rd of May and was deeply disappointed and disgusted by what I found upon arrival. The property was in a shocking state of cleanliness - far from the standard advertised. The carpets were visibly dirty with large stains and had clearly not been vacuumed. The bedsheets had dark hairs on them, and there was significant dust accumulation throughout the entire apartment, including on the skirting boards and behind the beds. The condition of the property presented what I considered to be a genuine health and hygiene risk, and I made the decision to leave immediately without staying a single night. I reported the matter to the property and received no satisfactory resolution. I have since formally requested a full refund, as the accommodation was clearly unfit for purpose and did not match its description — which, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I would strongly advise any families or guests with young children to avoid this property until the owners take cleanliness and hygiene standards seriously. This experience was completely unacceptable and utterly failed to deliver what was advertised.

The layout was good and so was the location. It had great views from the living room

There was the most horrendous leak in the kitchen which meant that we couldn’t use it at all. The electrics shorted and it was potentially dangerous.
