Clean and good location

Location was superb and the cafe we were allocated for breakfast was fabulous the host was a very good communicator

Pasamos mucho calor. No funzionava El aire acondicionado. El propietario no hizo nada por solucionarlo. Me parece mal por su parte. . La habitacion era con El nombre del duomo para que la proxima persona no sufra tanto calor Como nosotros anoche.

Great location. Good breakfast. Good room facilities but beds and pillows not brilliant. Marvellous communication with host.. overall a good choice for short stay, good value .

Emplacement idéal hôte aux petits soins. Logement propre. Je recommande vivement.

La chambre est très bien décorée et très grande. Il y a également une petite terrasse aménagée au 3ème et dernier étage. Le logement est très bien situé (près du centre et d'un parking) où l'on peut tout faire à pied. Notre hôte (Alessandro) a été remarquablement accueillant et bienveillant. Si vous devez visiter Pise, vous pouvez choisir ce logement sans problème.

因为把钥匙插门口，另外住客进错了我们的房间，等我们入住的时候发现别人已经入住了，除了这个乌龙事件，其他别的没有什么问题

Great communication and very friendly and prompt response over WhatsApp, clear instructions, and everything worked and was very well communicated. This was the best communication I have had with accom staff in a very long time, just so great! The location was perfect and close to everything. The breakfast place is an exceptional bakery and coffee spot, two minutes' walk away, and the staff are very friendly. I would stay here again. Perhaps it would be good if the individual tax was added to the booking.com cost, as I did not have the correct change when I checked out and had to leave more, but aside from that very happy. Everything worked as it should, and calling the front door worked perfect too :D

Just the mattress was not very comfortable. I did sleep fine as only one night, was totally ok, just very soft :)

La ubicación era muy buena.
