ITPosizione a due passi dalla stazione, descrizione su booking accurata, posto molto pulito e accogliente. Funzionanti ed efficienti anche i vari ventilatori e condizionatori per combattere il caldo estivo di Palermo.
Il piano di sopra è adatto a persone non troppo alte. Essendo l'alloggio vicino alla stazione saranno frequenti odori e rumori tipici di essa.

CHIt's a nice apartment with a brilliant location for anyone looking to travel by rail. It's also quite central.
The ceilings on the upper floor are very low (ca. 1.85m) and some of the beams and doorframes are even lower (ca. 1.7-1.8m).

The location does not look great when arriving, but it quickly gets normal. It’s so close to the station (other side of the street) which is perfect to go anywhere everyday

DEThe place is very nicely located, a few steps away from the main train station in Palermo. The house is newly-renovated, very clean and spacious. There is a kitchen and all facilities were provided especially in the kitchen. There are food shops and small grocery stores nearby. Just to mention, for big groups, please make sure to request enough number of blankets.
The airconditioning upstairs did not cool the 2 rooms upstairs, so it was a little hot. The water heating had to be turned on and we did not know where it was, so we had no heating the whole time we were there. An instruction manual stating where things are and how to use the facilities would be very helpful.
GBSmooth self check-in, Super easy access to an airport bus stop & Palermo Central train station. A lot of places are in walkable distance. There’s washing machine, hanging place in balcony, a coffee machine & a kettle. Lovely decor, 2 bathrooms & 2 kitchens (handy if you intend to cook) if you have teenagers, they’ll be happy with how strong the Wi-Fi is 😆
Can be noisy (there was building work next to our accommodation at the time of our visit) One of the duvet covers was dirty, looked like it had dried up sauce or something. After checking in, needed to send everyone’s passport pictures & had to pay tourist tax (£10 / night) to the owner of the property which was a little fiddly, especially if you never paid into an Italian Bank Account before.
