The hotel room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient with bus stops nearby providing easy access to the city center, Matosinhos, and the airport... Keep in mind that a bus ticket costs €2.50. There is a mall across the street and a food market nearby.

There were several things I did not like during my stay. First, I arrived at 3:00 PM and received a message saying that my room was not ready. Since I had nowhere else to go, I had to wait in the lobby for about 40 minutes. After following up several times, I was finally informed that the room was ready. What was frustrating is that I was there the whole time and did not see any housekeeping staff enter or clean the room, which gave me the impression that it may have been ready all along and that I was kept waiting unnecessarily. There are mosquitoes or some kind of insects in the room. I ended up with bites all over my body during my stay. The shower was also small. The curtains do not block the morning light properly. Fortunately, I had read previous reviews and brought a sleep mask with me. There was no housekeeping service throughout my stay, which was disappointing! The Wi-Fi was also strangely slow. While basic browsing worked, I had difficulties accessing certain websites and using shopping or payment applications. Finally, the hotel does not offer luggage storage. Overall, while the room itself was comfortable, these issues had a significant impact on my experience :-(

Wc/casa de banho demasiada pequena, se espaço para pendurar toalhas, sem mini-bar. Estadia de 4 noites sem recolha de lixo, acho demasiado.

Ingen daglig städning, stod inte i bokningen att man måste bo mer än 7 dagar för att få städning som vi fick reda på 2 dagar efter vår bevistelse. Det var en stor besvikelse och ingen bra service. Rummet hade heller ingen spegel eller strykjärn, hade varit bra med en liten kylskåp också.

Bien comunicado y limpio, parking de pago en la calle de al lado Mercado con comida y cocina típica justo al lado, con muchas cosas para elegir. Aislamiento muy bueno, no se oye nada Detalle de cafe y te en la habitacion, aire acondicionado y productos de limpieza

no tiene persianas, entra bastante luz.

Localização

Easy to access 24/7 - code to access building, and keysafe to collect key to room, so no need for reception. Location - near amenities and plenty of restaurants and bars. There's a shopping centre over the road.

Room wasn't cleaned daily so the toilet paper bin wasn't emptied until after my stay.
