Villa Hati 2

Mooie compacte villa in het drukke (en gezellige) Pererenan, maar toch is de villa rustig gelegen aan het einde van de steeg. Alles zag er netjes, schoon en strak uit.

It was comfortable and tidy. Friendly staff.

The outdoor seating needs new covers as moldy and cane chair breaking apart. The indoor couch seats also dirty. Needs cover over them. Could do with a chair in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were smelly.

The Villa is spacious and modern. It was very clean and cleaned on a regular basis. The location is good because it's close to everything but at the end of a narrow street so it was quiet and peaceful. There were large tables where we were able to work from during the day and the outdoor swimming pool area is a nice place to chill out at the end of the day. The management staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. From booking our transport to the check in process and everything in between, everything went smoothly. I found the communication via whatsapp really helpful. The villa manager who we dealt with in person was incredibly friendly and helpful, he even warned us when there might be a short local power outage in the area and helped us locate places where to get cash out. We would recommend this villa to everyone who wants to stay in the Canggu area.

Not too much we can think of, only thing that comes to mind is that the bottom half of the stair case did not have any hand rail or support.

Great last minute stay, amazing location,easy for gojeks to find, amazing aircon, everything you need! Would stay again.
