The caretaker was a very nice gentleman who kept to his space and allowed us to enjoy our space in private. The kitchen was fairly stocked with the basic essentials to make a meal. The access control was easy and allowed us to come and go as we pleased.

The fact that the toilet was right next to the kitchen, almost inside the kitchen. And the one bedroom was in the open with no partitions for privacy.
