"Kvalitní a velmi příjemné ubytování s jen pár drobnými vadami."

Nádherná lokalita i samotná stavba a vybavení hotelu. Dostatek parkovacích míst. Dostupnost lanovek i centra Tatr. Lomnice. Výhled z pokoje i ložnice přímo na masiv Lomnického štítu. Dobře zařízená a vybavená kuchyně. Moc pěkně zařízená koupelna s rohovou vanou, bidetem a účinnou ventilací. Vkusně a prakticky zařízené pokoje. Více možností rozličných způsobů osvětlení pokoje. Pravidelný úklid. Vstřícný personál.

Mechanismus otevírání oken občas zazlobil (páka při změně z ventilace do polohy zavřeno občas zadrhla). Ve vaně při spuštění termostatické baterie na vyšší tlak vody tekla pouze vlažná voda (při slabším proudu tekla teplá). Audiosystém u TV bez manuálu.

"Beautiful, cozy and comfortable, but noisy. If you value silence above all, you should skip this."

Wonderful area, beautiful sight from the room. Nice and cozy apartment.

-The noise. the building and the rooms have heavy wooden doors which extremely loud. You hear kinda everything that the guests do around you. And there’s a strangely loud air exhausting system which is a little bit annoying. - the windows has some curtains and blinds but it is not close to darkness in the morning that we like. It’s a personal preference tough.
