I liked how at home I felt

There was nothing we didn't like

location, coziness, facilities and very accommodating hosts

nothing. all good maybe a hook in bathroom for hanging dressing gown or whatever

The location was fabulous and well located. The building itself and facilities were excellent and catered for our needs without fault.

The heating system was a little frustrating as it kept resetting to a default temperature which left the property feeling cold when returning from a day out.

Fabulous location, really well situated to explore Whitstable by foot.

Given that it can sleep 6 plus dogs there was a lack of hanging space for coats and damp towels. A few hooks on the back of doors would have significantly helped. The bathroom was exceptionally damp, especially after 4 adults had showered.

Great property , great central location for the town and harbour area. Lovely outside area, comfortable beds and plenty of room. Would love to go back.

No heating at all on the second day. Despite turning the thermostat up the radiators refused to come on until 22.00 for 20 minutes by which time we had gone to bed. No heating again in the morning so that we felt too cold to even shower.

Was provided with details about the stay ahead of our trip. Answered all questions quickly and in detail. When arrived we were greeted with a smile. Property was tidy, clean and fun Our 5 year old and 8 year old loved the upstairs sleeping arrangements!

The facilities were fantastic and the hot tub was amazing. A beautiful period property.

The bathroom smelt damp as there was no windows. Signs of damp on mirror and shower rubber was mouldy.
