The apartment is in a new building, most of the apartments are unoccupied The apartment is beautiful, it's clean. It is close to the Aqua Park. The apartment overlooks the Aqua Park. We went there in October, and during that period it was very quiet and suitable for relaxation. Near the apartment is the city zoo (about 5-10 minutes walk) and the city shopping center. The apartment is not big, but is suitable for short stays and for a maximum a couple with one or two children. We ware there, two adults and a children for four years.

Great location, in a radius of 3min walking distance there is a park with a waterfall, the zoo, the aqua park, restaurants, and a retail park. Parking is available on the street for free. The apartment is cozy and clean, and all furniture is brand new.

It can be a bit noisy during the night, especially during the weekend.

New and clean apartment.

Noisy place, a lot of motocycle traffic, loud music from the hotel and restaurant nextdoor, no WIFI.
