The location and the quick response from the staff.

The room itself was kind of old. The paint on the wall is starting to peel off. The aircon was leaking. Small cockroaches everywhere. The wifi was not working from time to time. Curtains are broken too. The towels were not usable. The blankets too. We had to request new ones but it was still kinda the same.

The owner who is from Japan and he was a reasonable person.He was always available on WhatsApp for the problems I faced. The location was good, as it's near SM North. They were able to check-in me 2 hrs before my check in time.

The reason i am posting the review to help and give accurate info. To future guests and also I am hoping they will improve for the future guests, cos I am not going to book there EVER again. The staff especially Erica was unrealiable. I have never stayed in place like this, in picture it's looks very good.but it's very small unit infact. 1.when I went in, I found the shower glass door fealthy. The bathroom was not 100% clean as well. The toilet got clogged without any tissue in it, I managed to unclogged it after few hours. There were no toilet tissues, I had ask for it and waited for it the whole day , it came 11pm while I was sleeping. 2. The kitchen plate was dirty as you can see it in the attached picture which I took right away after I got in. The kitchen have no cup's, just glasses, the cupboards were empty except 2 old pots. No plastic liner for the garbage bin, I had to ask for it. 3. To my shock, I was wanting to use the pool and gym, cos in BOOKING.COM it did not say I have to pay extra for the use of the amenities.The front staff leaves at 6pm, so you can not pay after 6pm and use the pool and gym. I had to stand in que which took all my energy out of me for swimming to get the pool pass after paying 150-pesos extra each Day, so for gym you will pay separately 150 pesos as well and you have stand in que as so many residents are paying their utilities bills there as well...SO A DISASTER for any swimmer or gym user. Also you can not use Olympic pool( big pool) as it's for owners only, for visitors, you can use only 12mx 12m which should be kids only not for adults. 4. Another big nightmare, I found in my small bed room BEDBUGS, and then the only 2 pellows which were kids too, very small, I had to ask for extra 2 pellows . The beddings were not really good, they were old and infact there was no mattress just a bad quality FOAM. 4. The carpet in that small living room was not clean too. 5.
