Brand new luxury wifi pool with 24hr security

Cool environment, central location

It was such a lovely apartment, fully equipped and made a week stay in cape town so affordable. The area is actually really nice, wanted to take a walk but got busy. The view from the rooftop is lovely and the apartment has enough space for 2. Very cosy

The are some hawkers in the area late night, so be careful. Didn't like the noise levels the first day, but during the week it's quite quiet

L’emplacement et la facilité de parking. Le lit très confortable

Difficulté pour trouver car le nom de l’établissement ne correspond pas au nom de l’hôtel annoncé sur booking. The Duke est le nom à utiliser. La propreté de la chambre pas top. ampoules à changer car pas beaucoup de lumière. Beaucoup de bruit. Clientèle irrespectueuse des autres.

WiFi didn’t work

Great location, close to the CTICC Friendly and welcoming staff who always greeted us and made us feel welcome Good Wi-Fi, always easy to connect to.

Upon arriving in the room, we were faced with a dirty, oil-stained rug in the living room which should be replaced - gives a really bad first impression, also a bit of black mould behind the sink in the bathroom. There was no complimentary soap - not even a small bar for a quick wash after a long flight. It was extremely noisy, from other guests speaking very loud on their balconies at all hours and as it is a shared atrium, it is impossible to ignore. The fire alarm was also triggered by someone causing more noise and concern. Bottle of wine dropped outside elevator and not cleaned for most of the day.

Too many mosquitoes I did not even stay there at all cos it was not comfortable and I demand a refund
