"Darlington Townhouse"

Nice house. David was great, the front door was not locking and he came to sort it out immediately. TV has Netflix and other channels available. Breakfast provided egg bread salt pepper. No frying pan or iron but David brought them immediately I asked for them.

Lots of areas unfinished. Hole in the stairs, paintwork and decoration needs to be completed. Kitchen ,stairs bedroom and bathrooms need to be completed to a higher standard. No dining table or chairs at the time we visited. Ensuite bathroom needed finishing and toilet seat needs fixing. Paintwork a bit haphazard.

"Handy spacious house just off A1 Good for couples or families"

Lovely spacious house on edge of town, 5 minutes from A1 and 5 minutes from superstore. On nice quiet residential estate. Helpful, responsive hosts. Perfect base to explore the North East or as a stop over. Full kitchen facilities and 3 toilets/bathrooms. Nice size garden.

Keybox was tricky to find in the dark but fine once spotted.
