Cute cozy setup
Poor management, maintenance. We lost our key, they didn’t have another and wouldn’t send a locksmith until the next day. They then tried to book us into another property… without our luggage. The 2nd property was more expensive and they wanted to charge us for both! We told them we’d rather sleep in the car,so they let us. This was all after a confusing check in over text. Took 3 phone calls just to get into the place the first time. Another 3 calls and several texts to retrieve our luggage.
