problems with the electricity throughout our stay, in addition to an internet malfunction with very slow response from The team’s . Moreover, the team requested an additional $60 for a scratch on glass table , which is unjustified, as we received the apartment in the same condition. Furthermore, it is unreasonable to charge a security deposit when the tenant has not had the opportunity to inspect the apartment beforehand.
