Excellent location! The area is vibrant, and the building is very easy to find. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and boutiques nearby, and the neighborhood really comes alive on weekends. The facilities are exactly what you pay for, nothing more and nothing less; while the room is spacious, the bathroom is EXTREMELY TIGHT!

Terrible check-in and payment process. After I made the reservation on Booking, they didn’t take the full amount. I contacted them, and we agreed that I would pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival, so I made my financial arrangements accordingly. Less than 48 hours before check-in, they started bombarding me with messages insisting I deposit money into my card so they could withdraw the rest before I arrived. I did that, leaving only a quarter of the amount unpaid, and explained that I would settle it at the airport via Western Union. However, there was no Western Union at the airport, and many of the offices I passed on the way were closed. Up until that point, I had no idea if I even had a confirmed place to stay that night. I eventually managed to pay, but then had to wait about 30 minutes outside the building before finally receiving the check-in details. After checking in, the service continued to be disappointing. They were unresponsive and unhelpful. I needed hangers for the closet (there were none), and after texting them three times, they kept asking me to leave my key for the service team to deliver them. When I did, they never replied, and I never got the hangers—I eventually gave up. I also needed clean towels, which again required me to text, leave money, and put my key in the lockbox. It took them ages to respond and deliver. None of these processes were communicated in advance; instead, I only found out when I needed something, and every request became a drawn-out hassle. Overall, the experience was extremely inconvenient.

It was comfy, cozy, clean. Additionally the location is very good.
