Mia Residences Cosy 2 bed flat, Wi-Fi Netflix, Free Parking

It was a very clean and well equipped property. Nargis was also very responsive.

Unfortunately, the guests upstairs didn’t allow me to enjoy my much needed rest as there was too much noise from there.

Communal areas very dirty.

The smell was over whelming. The flat it self was fine for the money but the smell was quite uncomfortable. Bathroom could do with a deeper clean. Plus going into the flat in the communal was very grubby.

The flat was cosy but nicely furnished. My grandson loved the huge TV (which, among other things, allowed access to Swedish television channels). The flat was located within easy reach of the city centre. It is possible to walk there or take the tram. There is a wide range of local shops and restaurants nearby.

Although there is supposed to be a parking space available in front of the building, which was a key reason for our booking that apartment, other vehicles kept parking there so we had to find a space on the street most days. The communal areas in the building are in a poor state, which is rather off-putting when you first arrive.
