The room was an excellent size and very clean. The food was excellent. Friendly staff and a lovely bar.

The shower in the room kept switching to the tap during use. I was surprised by the extra fee to use the thermal suite (though I see it is detailed in the description section.) I didn’t feel the thermal suite was good value for money. As it was essentially a hot tub and steam room and It didn’t have anything that you don’t get for free in Jackson’s.
