Stavanger BnB 15 by Berti's ( Centrum, Sauna, Billiard, Airport Shuttle)

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die ganze Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein (teures) Parkhaus ist ganz in der Nähe, ein etwas günstigeres nicht zu weit weg. Es war trotz diverser Restaurants und Kneipen in der Nähe ziemlich ruhig. Seife und Duschgel wurden gestellt.

Es gibt einige Dinge, die zu beachten, bzw. verbesserungswürdig sind: -Die Dusche ist ziemlich eng und nicht für Menschen über 1,90m geeignet. -Das Bettsofa hat eine seltsam geteilte ungleichmäßige Matratze und ist recht ungemütlich -Die Küche ist recht sparsam ausgestattet und lädt nicht so sehr zu selbst kochen ein. Der Stöpsel im Spülbecken hielt leider nicht dicht. Bedauerlicherweise kein Informationsmaterial zu Wohnung und Mülltrennung und Entsorgung.

Kommunikasjonen var veldig dårlig. Verten sa at gjester måtte dra kl. 20:00, at jeg ikke kunne drikke i huset, og at ingen kunne overnatte hos meg. Da jeg skulle sjekke inn, hadde jeg feil kode og måtte vente. Han sa også at jeg måtte sjekke ut før kl. 11:00.

The location of the apartment is great. Everything is just steps away so you don't have to take a cab or drive anywhere.

The apartment itself is very old. The shower was broken when we checked in. The shower and bathroom doors have no locks. The hot water system ran out of hot water after 1 shower. The shower is too small and it had a broken sliding door so water would spill out on the floors. While the property owner tried to get the shower fixed and offered us a temporary shower in the until upstairs, the overall experience was bad due to lack of proper maintenance of the apartment.

Perfect Location, well decorated and clean flat.. İdeal for long stays... The owner of the flat was always reachable by email or phone.. Thanks for everything...

Location was great.

This apartment is not suitable for families with small children. Windows are extremely dangerous (it's an old construction that fully opens outwards). Shower is barely operational and in need of repair. Wifi was not working for most of our stay. Sauna is infrared and didnt get very hot at all. The owner was responsive only via whatsapp (but not at all via booking). He didnt fix the internet issue (he had a limited wifi plan that was shared among several apartments). He also stood us up with the airport shuttle. Oh, and he also was texting us at midnight one night asking if we were the ones making noise (we weren't). Not worth the hassle.
