L’emplacement. La proximité avec le centre-ville, les commerces aux alentours. Le personnel de l’accueil très sympathique.

C’est un établissement très vétuste, il n’y a aucune insonorisation envers les voisins. Le lit est très dur et il faut fermer sa porte d’entrée avec un cadenas….
