- the host was very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in went very smoothly - the location of the apartment was great (right next to the Sintra's historic centre) - the apartment was clean and tidy

It was impossible to close the bathroom door which puffed up due to intense rainfalls

We enjoyed the excellent location, which was one minute walk from the national palace, three minutes from the hop-on/hop-off bus to the castles, and ten minutes from the train station. We had two separate rooms. One "living room" with a small television, small cabinet, sofa, coffee machine, minifridge, and, of course, port wine:). There is a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. There's also a lovely bathroom. Everything is really clean. Clean towels and soaps. The host was very helpful. She gave us extra port wine. Heater, when it got cold at night. Unfortunatly my husban was sick on the two last day, so she arranged a doctor to come to the villa!

About the place? nothing. It's important to remember that this is a place to sleep and rest; there is no kitchen. The restaurants in the old city are costly and not particularly good. Lisbon has excellent restaurants. So, if you want to eat well, either bring a sandwich or eat out.

The location is very convenient but away from the crowded street. The 2 Owners were VERY helpful!, I had a luggage issue and they submitted a tracking form for Mr in Portuguese, The room (suite) was comfy and clean and well equiped! If I ever come back I will stay there!

The location was perfectly and the host couldn’t have been more help. The rooms were gorgeous and the bed was really comfy.

Very friendly host, spotlessly clean, central location

We were surprised and so happy with our complimentary bottle of Port provided with our stay. Our host was welcoming and easily contactable with any queries. Private & quiet, yet close to "out of the way" cafés and restaurants out of the very busy tourist section.

More port ha ha!
