Air Conditioned 2 room apartment, Old City, new building - Stein

Great location. New building. Clean apartment friendly neighborhood. Bakery and cafe on the street and a bar behind the corner. Self check-in. Private underground parking lot. Parking exit to Blumentalska street is lot wider and more comfortable than the other to Bernolakova street. Public transport to city heart is accessible nearby also a 20-30 minutes walk brings you to the old city. There are motor driven window blinds. Overal a good place to stay if no AC is required to work.

There wasn't AC in the sleeping room but just a fan. There was a loud mobile AC in the living room that requires a window and "balcony"door opened which allowed tram and street noise to be relatively loud and uncomfortable to sleep above 30 degrees C outside. Second night of our stay was better as we left the AC working at 18 deg. C whole day. Sofa back (behind the cushions) was kind of worn but functional. One of the blinds' remotes was not working. TV remote had exhausted batteries.

New apartment, quite well equipped, very clear instructions how to get there and park. Convenient location.

Just some minor issues: Blinds in the bedroom weren't working. No reading/atmosphere lamp in the bedroom, jut eye sorting ceiling lights. No AC. And the worst thing: they had a sign in the kitchen " a meal without wine is called breakfast", but no corkscrew in the kitchen.

Flat was great and fitting our needs however we found it tricky to arrive from the parking to the flat and the host was very inpatinet with us. other than that - great stay!

Host could have been more patient in explaining how to get from the parking to the flat
