The view is amazing and the guard at the complex is top notch.

The manager Rania with Red Sea Estates is very rude! First, I had a problem and I messaged her in the morning. It took 15 hours waiting for her to even reply. And then her reply was not helpful at all to solve the situation. Second, when I checked out the guard had not yet arrived. So I left the key in the door inside the apartment. THE EXACT SAME PLACE IT WAS WHEN I CHECKED IN. She messaged me and tried to make me feel stupid for leaving the key there. What else was I supposed to do? Her tone was very condescending and rude.

酒店的床单被套都是起球的，睡上浑身难受，吹风机也是坏的，洗澡只能站在浴缸里洗，浴缸颜色看起来很旧，没有毛巾，前台听不懂英文。

Największy plus to lokalizacja,czysty duży basen i teren zadbany wokół niego,prywatna plaża,ochrona przy drzwiach,widok z balkonu, Internet działa,lodówka duża działa bez zarzutu,wyposażenie kuchenne wystarczające.Dobrze działająca wentylacja.

Minusem jest brak mydła,wymiany ręczników,kapsułek do prania w pralce,płynu do mycia naczyń,brudna łazienka i sofa ogólnie brudno,wieszak na ręcznik w łazience nie przykręcony i odpada,plastik który trzyma zasłonę do wanny też ciągle spada bo nie jest przykręcony do ściany,pleśń pod wanną i na suficie,suszarka do włosów nie działa,drzwi do balkonu ciężko się otwiera,po całym terenie ciągle chodzą jacyś pracownicy i coś robią co jest denerwujące.Wentylacja jest głośna i lodówka trzeba się przyzwyczaić.

Es gab in der Küche keine Kochutensilien, kein Herd der richtig funktionierte, Wasserkocher auch defekt, nicht mal ein normales Messer! Es wurden mir dann Wasserkocher, 1 Messer, und ein Pfannen -Wender am 2. Tag gekauft Schimmel im Badezimmer, TV zuerst kein Bild und Ton, dann kein Ton. 4 Tage lang bis TV dann ging.

We stayed only for 1 day so nothing much to share here but almost everything was great regarding the place itself, the amenities and the whole resort.

3 things that I didn't like much but didn't affect the overall of my stay: 1. The mattress wasn't that comfy. 2. The bathroom sink was nearly plugged. 3. The host took a bit of time to accept my booking and to reply to the messages before the check-in date. However this all changed on the check-in day, she was very responsive, decent and understanding.
