It is a new wooden house, which is divided for 2 parts and each part are provided for a rent separately. We rent both parts - and lived by 3 people in each part of the house. The apartment consists of 2 floors: on the 1st floor you will find a kitchen place with a sofa and TV set, bathroom, terrace with chairs and table. On the second floor it was 2 beds: double bed and single bed. And it was a small balcony on the second floor. The towels and bed linen, rags, napkins, garbage bags, soap, hair dryer, crockery and cutlery - all this was present in the house. I think it is a nice place for a vacation, but it was too hot inside)) The house is stated near to the river bank, so it is 5 minutes to go swim. And it was super clean - maybe we were the first guests or it was cleaned very well before our visit=) It was very comfortable to live in clean and tidy place! It is close to Peruchaz lake - I recommend to go swim there as the water is very cold in the river even in hot summer. The place has parking zone near to the house - so you leave your car there for free. Overall the house is modern and very comfortable!

All point below are just thought for improvements. For us it was ok that they were missing and you informed us about this omissions, so it is not a claim: 1) I think you need to install air conditioning or fan - because on the second floor it was too hot when the weather temperature was more than 35 degree. 2) Barbecue place also will be welcoming and suitable.
