Το δωμάτιο από θέμα καθαριότητας μέτριο. Στο μπάνιο υπάρχουν βασικές ελλείψεις. Ένα γατζάκι μόνο σε ολόκληρο το μπάνιο δεν έχεις πού να κρεμάσεις τις πετσέτες προσώπου και πάνιου. Όπως διάβασα κι από άλλο επισκέπτη και συμφωνώ μαζί του το σπίτι έχει δύο air condition όπου το ένα δουλεύει για το ένα δωμάτιο ενώ στο άλλο δωμάτιο υπολειτουργεί. Στο υπόλοιπο σπίτι δεν υπάρχει καθόλου θέρμανση. Από θέμα εξοπλισμού υπάρχουν τα πάντα. Παλιές ντουλάπες παλιές πόρτες και ακούγεται οποιοσδήποτε περάσει έξω από το διαμέρισμα.
