The unit was self catering. It was tidy and the bed was amazing to sleep on. Soft and comfortable. It was a very nice unit to stay in.

We had to phone the owner to buy electricity because the first day we arrived the electricity ran out during the night. The other downside was that it was on the 3rd floor.

I liked how clean it was and they had all the things you'd need for a comfortable stay.

It didn't provide a heater, it's winter so it would have been nice to have a heater in the apartment to keep us extra warm.

The customer service was amazing , Natasha the property agent manager was very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed .

The location, the property, the furnishings, the host, everything listed was as is and more. I cannot fault the property. It was money well spent. This is my go-to place in Kimberley. The host Natasha was extra helpful from the pre-arrival communication to the post departure communication. She did a sterling job, and she does not tire to communicate and extra responsive. Impressive Thanks Natasha. I had to use the Airport in and out of Kimberley during my stay and it was +-10 minutes. That's how convenient the Palms is. Hit your palm click to Book the Palm.

I received the key from security i never received from reception. Yes the security ask me question but the guy was doing his job but next time is better get from reception
