"The Hidden Jewel of Kimberley"

Everything was as described and more. The pictures don't make justice to the apartment when viewed with the naked eye. We will most definitely be booking in the near future again for a whole weekend preferably. The hosts were very attentive and hands on, there is absolutely nothing about the facility that I can speak bad about. Keep on operating within this field of business you'll surely have a whole lot of happy cutomers.

Nothing bad comes to mind when remembering of our stay at the Palms, just thankful that we were received and sended of with such warmth.

Modern furniture and fittings

No hot water on morning of departure, freezer was dirty, floors not clean, found hair in bath, bedside lamps faulty (no batteries in them) no patio furniture. Apartment situated next to a very busy road so lots of noise pollution.
