- When we arrived at check-in time we waited outside the hotel for more than 20 minutes because no one received us, we called and the phone was busy, I wrote to them via booking and no one answered me, I wrote to them using the phone number and the same thing happened until much later they answered me via booking with a copy paste saying I had to enter, they didn't even apologize, when we entered we realized that the air conditioning was leaking because the wall was wet, the bathroom has a very bad smell, the toilet makes an incredibly unbearable sound and if that were not enough, the 4 days of my stay the shower only had freezing cold water. I wrote to them about the cold water and they never answered me. also the bed has stains, and the shower had tape on.

Camera sporca,biancheria sporca, scarichi intasati,puzza fognaria ,acqua gelida e per finire ho chiamato personalmente per tutte queste cose e non si è mai fatto vivo nessuno che schifo mai più!!!!!sconsiglio

Nulla, pessima esperienza.

Non ci stava acqua calda, assistenza pari a zero. Esperienza da dimenticare .

bathroom unpleasant smell, no contact with the staff (they don't answer the phone, they don't answer whatsapp calls, they don't answer the booking chat), there was a kettle with a few tea bags in the room... nothing more

I liked the location and that it was authentic.

The beds weren’t really comfortable and it was really noisy in the evening until 12h.

They could do something with the bathroom, the toilet seat and the shower, also new towels, but the view and the all the rest of the room was great! Also the info for finding and enter in the building we’re very helpful. So, it was a great choice in Siracuza!

Location is very good, close to the parkings. Easy accessible. Next to bigger square with small terrace (there was music / band performing on Friday night). Unfortunately the windows are not sound proof at all… We booked 3 pers room (blue) for 2 pers so we had enough space, which was ok. Bed is ok, not super comfortable. Bathroom: does need some update and is rather small. They have a strange toilet system (noisy) and you’re not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet. Which is ok (it’s like that on most of the island) but because of that we did expect a small cleaning (garbage) of the bathroom after the first night. That didn’t happen. The reception upon arrival was very smooth.
