It was very quiet and relaxing. The host of the property was awesome. They answered all my questions, very easy to communicate with, help with finding things to do and places to eat. They were very accommodating.

"Would stay again!"

Location to the beach access was great. A short walk across the street. Condo was a bit smaller than I was expecting but we also had a lot of people there. Would be perfect for a family with 2-3 kids. Host was wonderful! Everything worked as far as I remember. Again, we had a group with us and lots of stuff everywhere.

The walk to the HangOut was more like 20 minutes and not 10 but that isn't a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.

Great location in quiet area. Easy walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach.

When we had trouble with the thermostat, the owner immediately responded and send their HVAC guy. I love the immediate response. I also love the location of the apartment. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Bonus point is the neighborhood was safe for me to walk my two dogs even in the middle of the night. Though there were a few drunk people walking around, but they didn't bother me so all was good.

The only problem we had was the stairs. My husband is a disabled veteran and I did not anticipate the steps we have to take to get to the room. I should have ask the owner about the stairs before my booking so this is my mishaps not the owner. Other than that, we are happy customers.

Perfect location and very spacious with all things one needs. Loved that we could borrow the beach chairs and all that beach gear.

It needs more thorough cleaning, but just the details. And, lots of stairs to get to it. But definitely not a deal breaker.
