Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious. Delivered to the room with friendly service. Dinner was delicious and presented beautifully. Amazing that room service available if we needed. THe staff and team were responsive, friendly. Mimi in the office spent a lot of time assisting me to find further accomodation for our trip. The domestic team seemed happy to help with anything and took initiative to find answers for any questions. The manager also was most helpful, showing me around the complex and how to use the washing machine and dryer. Free laundry use was fantastic. Quiet place, we slept very well. It was great to have the car garaged undercover right next to our private cottage. Good to access by car to Obama Onsen and also the mountains of Unzen Onsen.

Wi fi coverage didn’t reach our room but that was minor inconvenience. The hotel would be difficult to find without a car. But good for touring families or couples. The decor in the rooms is a bit old-fashioned but interesting for those interested in retro feel and retro luxury features.

広々とした部屋と風呂だったが、まだ未完成と言うかリノベーションしたてなのかかなり雑な出来だった、掃除がイマイチ出来てなかった😞 ココはまだまだコレからでしょう。安いので経験の為に一度お試しあれ🤣

掃除が行き届いてないしあちこち雑なリノベーション 部屋が無駄に広すぎるかんじかな〜　

It’s a hidden gem! Quiet, comfy and spacious to be in a cabin rather than a hotel room. Fantastic Japanese breakfast. The man at reception was extremely helpful and had great English.
