USApartment has a beautiful kitchen, nice layout and furnishings. Nice clubhouse pool and amenities.
Having to buy toilet paper while on vacation, only one small roll per bathroom is ridiculous. The perfume smell of whatever they use to wash the bedding was so powerful that the entire bedroom smelled of it. I had to wash everything in my suitcase twice when I returned home. Pillows were hard and flat and no extra blankets.

All the mishaps that teying to get reaolved was a chore. I hate the fact you had to leep messaging and waiting for a response. The number I was given no one ever answered. I should be able to contact someone 24hr if need be. I expressed my stay was uncomfortable and Belle didn't care.
