Overall, considering the high cost of accommodation in Venice, Sogna Venezia is a good option: Clean, spacious room, and close to the train station. The property is a large apartment that has been split into private rooms each with its own bathroom. There is a shared kitchen which is fully equipped with coffee, plates, cutlery, appliances, including a full-size refrigerator (there is no mini-fridge in the room). The host lives on-site which makes it easy to contact her. Although she does not speak English, we had no trouble communicating using gestures, some basic Italian and a translation app. She was very quick with a repair we needed in the room and provided bottles of water each morning. Everything was spotless and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The location is excellent for those not staying in the historic center of Venice. It's just a 5 minute walk from the main train station and there are restaurants nearby (we didn't get a chance to try them though) as well as a large super market. Note: the host has two small dogs in her room. They are incredibly quiet (we wouldn't have known if we hadn't seen them) but I feel like I should mention their existence in case a guest is allergic.

Our only issue was a smell from the bathroom pipes which was noticeable when the bathroom window had remained closed for a while. Keeping it open at all times seemed to resolve the problem.

La atención recibida por la persona responsable ha sido exquisita. Facilitadora,atenta , ha respondido enseguida y queriendo agradar y complacer en todo momento. Incluso mas de lo que se puede pedir. Cerca esta el restaurante Da Michelle, un lugar donde se come y cena bien. El alojamiento esta cerca del tren y autobus eso facilita poder desplazarse a Venezia.

Es una zona multicultural y un poco dejadilla, En ningún momento sentimos inseguridad.

地理位置非常好，离火车站很近！去上岛的公交站也很近！卫生设施都很好，还有小厨房。
