We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment—it was clean, well-equipped, and in a very well transportation hub location.;)😁

we did feel that our privacy was somewhat compromised. The apartment is located on a floor with only two flats—one being the rental and the other where the landlords reside. The shared corridor has three surveillance cameras, one top of each door and another one litterly on the landlord's door with motion detector. which isn’t the case on other floors. Each time we entered or left the flat, the camera made an audible noise and recorded, which felt intrusive. Additionally, there were a few instances when the landlord opened their door precisely as we were arriving or returning, which added to the sense of being constantly watched. We understand and respect the importance of security, especially when hosting guests, but we also believe there should be clearer boundaries to ensure guests can feel at ease. A bit clarity in the surveillance approach or even at least play the game you are nor watching us would really enhance the overall experience. That said, the apartment itself was excellent and we appreciated the hospitality.

It is house rented for tourist. I went in as a couple and everything was so neat and clean. Nice and quiet atmosphere. I would recommend this for your stay.

Maybe downside is water heating. You need to it turn it ON for atleast 30mims before bath.

Everything was excellent! The apartment is situated nearby the train station and bus stop. It’s quiet place. The apartments itself has 2 rooms with big beds, the kitchen has plates, cooker, microwave, teapot, fridge and everything for cooking. Toilet is comfortable, there was a lot of toilet paper and ear sticks, soap, shampoo and shower gel. Hot water was good. It was warm inside (each room has radiator). On the 3rd day there even was a cleaning!

The only minus - wifi, it worked non-stable, we needed to turn it on and off in order to start it working.

Close to Venezia Mestre Station- just a 5 min walk. Room was small with ensuite shower and toilet. The kitchen was shared with others but we did not meet any other people staying next door.

The people in the above apartment were a little noisy but as I was tired after sightseeing in Venice, it did not bother me much.
