Flott design og flotte leiligheter.

Litt synd at det ikke gikk an å leie/låne utstyr til de ulike aktivitetene som finnes på området. Skal man spille basketball eller fotball, må man ha med egen ball, skal man spille tennis må man ha med eget utstyr. Dette fører til at man som tilreisende på ferie ikke får benyttet områdene. Badevaktene blåser i fløyten ved den minste ting i bassenget, gjerne 10 ganger i timen, slik at avslapping ikke er mulig ved bassengkanten. Ingen smil fra de ansatte, føltes mer som fengselsvakter enn ansatte på en luksusresort. Ba om tidlig innsjekk på leiligheten, og fikk beskjed om at nøklene ville være tilgjengelig snarest. Nøklene ble utlevert kl.18.30 samme dag, og måtte hentes på lokalitet langt unna leiligheten. Dette førte til at vi måtte vente i bil i ca. 6 timer uten svar fra utleier. Ved forsøk på å ringe de, la de på telefonen etter en sint beskjed om at vi fikk beskjed pr. e-post når nøklene kunne hentes. Utsjekk var imidlertid innen kl.11.00 og nøklene måtte kjøres til andre enden av Benidorm for innlevering. Særdeles dårlig service fra utleiefirma.

"Stunning modern apartment with pool and sea views"

Stunning apartment with pool and sea views on the 5th floor. 3 spacious bedrooms 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/ living/ dining room with separate laundry room. The balcony was also huge with a 6 seated dining area and sofa set. The apartment is minimalist and modern with 75 inch tv in living area and also tv in main bedroom. Pool area has a bar with multiple pools and several hot tubs. We stayed with friends and loved everything about this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Gaining access initially to the apartment was a little confusing and finding your way out of the parking area to apartments could be signposted better.
